I've got quite a bit leftover from a roast dinner - and it's more in slices rather than chunks. Any ideas apart from chicken sandwiches? X

Stir fry for a few seconds with some spring onions (or anything else with a bit of crunch) - stick it in pitta bread with some chopped green stuff & a splash of caesar dressing or chilli sauce.

Hungry now .... :-[
