^^^^ - is the meat - lamb.
Mainly lamb and God knows what else but it's dripping in fat hence the calories. Delicious mind you

isn't everything that is fatty delicious - err there are many kebab takeaways on my road alone - how could you pick a "decent" one - what should you look for etc.
to hang with the god knows what else, I fancy one for my dinner now !

In pita bread, with a side salad just to kid on it's healthy.

Tasty, very, very tasty.
look for the one with the longest queue JJ, that's always a good sign x
Funnily enough , me and my colleagues have just been discussing Kebabs .

There is Chicken kebab as well jenny.
Are you thinking of trying it ?
go for a shish kebab much less fatty x
Look for the busiest take-a-away. I haven't had one for ages, I love 'em. Chicken tikka in nan also top notch.
How anybody ever manages to eat one of those I have no idea. Revolting looking grey thing dripping fat. Never been remotely tempted.
How can any human being possibly swallow that?

aye Alb - a wee lettuce leaf works wonders LOL

ta for the answers - also where sista lives - her takeaway does chicken in a tandoori (down a wee wash tub LOL) - would that be nice - (sista wouldn't touch any of this on a bargepole)

If I were to depend on the queues - there would hardly be any - as most of them are dial up - you know that "Just Eat" carryon.

What about the kebab, ladybirder;-)
bother, forgot about the 'justeat' nonsense,
try a small kebab from one shop, don't go for the large, I struggle to finish a small one lol
How brave are you for the chilli sauce? It's potent to say the least.
Keep testing each shop once a week :-D
Lots of recipes for making your iwn, worth having a try.
I have mint sauce and salad to accompany mine... I don't get the point of chilli sauce that's all you can taste.
Iceland sell, or used to sell bags of donner kebab meat
(am quite sure other supermarkets do as well)
Microwave as much or as little meat as you fancy, lightly toast a pita bread, slice open and stuff it with meat and salad stuff if you fancy.

Oh, Mr Alba is going to get the puppy dog eyes when he comes home lol
Is that what he has as a Friday night dins Alba?
I agree about chilli sauce. I always have garlic sauce on mine.
lol, I think it's just handy to get me out of cooking :-)

pulled muscle in back and heimliched last night, so daren't bend down to put stuff in oven.
