Hi all! Just wondering what toppings people put on their crumpets. I have just butter, or cheese. Have had loganberry jam once or twice, but have to be in a “sweet” mood to enjoy that!
Just a comic bynote. Some years ago an Asian friend of mine told me that she thought crumpets were vile. Turned out that she had eaten them straight from the packet, “raw”! No one told her that she should toast them.........
