Ibizaboy . . . . given the way this is panning out - why not choose something else from the menu - try the vegetarian option perhaps?

If a typo . . . maybe a "blade of beef?"
Slade Farm sells meat, yes - maybe you only have a partial menu.
no, as i have linked see for yourself..

Isn't the 'pat of a cow' usually found just behind it? ;o)

i googled it and that is what came up.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blade_steak

“In butchery, the top blade steak (otherwise also known as the flat iron steak) comes from the chuck section of a steer or heifer. The steaks are cross-cut from the top blade subprimal, also known as Infraspinatus.”

Yes, we know - find it on a butchery site as a cut and I'll take it.

“Jamie Oliver has recommended this cut over the fillet, sirloin or rib eye due to the marbling and cost-effective price of the cut.”

Slade appears to be the name of the Farm in emmies link, can't see a 'slade of beef' mentioned anywhere though.
mamy
will do.

Is it just a pretentious name for meat ?
Blade steak is yesterday's term for the more current term of flat iron.
