Oooh err...bearing in mind your question above has been answered, and Eccles is not currently posting.....I'm afraid I can't help you with your request....sorry, Kayla.

She's the one named Eccles - will be quite easy to spot her when she appears.
I use arrowroot rather than cornflour...doesn't go lumpy and you can add it to very hot sauces, and it makes a nice "glossy" sauce.
