Me, Yes !
Yes.
yes
Yes I would, if it smells and looks ok.
As long as it's been in a decently cool fridge, then "YES" - use by dates are 'conservative' to say the least. The only food I observe them scrupulously on is shellfish.

Thats it then I'm cooking it! Be it on all of your heads! Lol...
Thank you all x
Beef, goat, lamb you can play around with but chicken, turkey pork and fish are a bit more “Russian roulettey”

So yes as long as it doesn’t smell, has gone grey or is slimey.
Enjoy x
Yes.
Just cook it for longer just in case there is any potentially dangerous bacteria floating about as mince can harbour more bacteria due to more surface area for bacteria to multiply in compared to a slab of meat.

I’ll find the study if you want.
It's a day over the label date, calm down for goodness sake.
fgs Jah, you are going to put her off !!
Yes, I would use it. I think there's always a little leeway given on 'use by' dates. Damage limitation. ;o)
Yes, of course, if it looks and smells OK.
I live dangerously, I ate a pie the other night that was THREE days past its sell by date and it tasted lovely ...!
^Tut! She is a one! ;o)
Yes.
That's me naomi ....
I'm one that's always dismissive of use-by dates, so I would use it with no hesitation if it looks and smells OK.
If I might sidetrack this thread sightly, now that Patsy has got our opinions. I notice that some foods have a use-by date that includes the time of day. That feels a bit overkill to me but it made me wonder if they take into account that the clocks change by an hour soon.
