Scrambled Eggs

Is what we're having shortly, mainly because I need to use the eggs up and it's an easy meal before we head off on our latest jaunt tomorrow, all packed up and ready to go.
Followed by lemon tart and a bit of ice cream which needs using up.
Preceded by three rather large G&Ts with tonic and fresh lime.
Whilst it will be interesting to hear what you're all having, I'd be especially interested in what Jackdaw is partaking of this evening... ;o)

I was going to do Chilli Con Carne, but maybe I should have Jackdaw pie instead.

Omelette/frittata thingy with leftover sausages, half an onion that needed using and half a box of mushrooms.
It was surprisingly nice.

I was going to cook a gammon joint, but it turned out that only two people would be around to eat it, so I'm saving it for later in the week and having fish cakes tonight.
