I too work on the principle that barley, grapes, apples and yeast are good wholesome natural products and therefore contribute to your five (often a lot more) per day ;-)

Got special fried rice smothered in kung po sauce and prawn crackers (last knockings of freezer before we move next week )and copious amounts of cognac ...just to finish the ice :-)....has to be done
