I drink Lucozade, coke or lemonade...and lots of coffee.

rehydrate with a sugary non alcoholic liquid, eat something a little salty, take the pain relief of your choice.
If I'm not at the heaving stage the orange lucozade with a fry-up.

If I'm at the heaving stage then can't eat or drink anything apart from water.

It may not affect anyone on here but keep in mind that many drinks, including lucozade, that were previously sweetened by sugar only now have artificial sweeteners in and less sugar. If you are someone whose hangovers are made worse by artificial sweeteners, or who do not like/cannot tolerate them then check before you neck!
Greasy breakfast, glass of water, large mug of java, then back to bed to sleep it all off.

I don't do sugary drinks woofy (and if any smartalec wants to point out alcohol is all sugar - ***) water is fine for me, artificial sweeteners are wrong imo.
Melon and cucumber is so awful it's probably making them expel the contents of the stomach, temporarily giving the illusion of relief.

ha - its really nice. i need to speak in a mo and sound like i know what i'm talkign about, this could be interesting. who arranges a leaving do on a school night.....
