A well-structured and fruit-driven Malbec from the Fairtrade Vineyards which stretch along the Western Cape, this delightful red bedazzles the palate with flavours of dark cherry, blackberry and plum. We're having a Chinese takeaway Saturday night as a Father's Day treat and seafood Paella on Sunday. If anyone has any wine suggestions, I'd be delighted to hear them. I've got one or two ideas in mind but always love to hear other people's suggestions.
