Hi there retrocop,I have put leek cut in half,two large carrots halved,onion halved,whole red pepper in large pieces and two pigs feet,a vegetable stock cube and several cloves of garlic( according to taste and fill half way with water.Season .
When cooked,take the vegetables and a drop of the liquid and blitz with blender.Amount of water according to how thick you like it.Then pour back over the feet.Of course there are many ways to ring the changes,I have done them with chorizo and tomato as well.I serve with rice but .again,as you like it.
