first time for me - so I have sausage meat and pastry at the ready. do I mix the sausage meat with perhaps a fine onion or any ideas please.

turned out very nice - but next time will use sage as I think it is a more suitable her for sausage roll. Puff pastry was beautiful (shop made).
Jj, I thought you were on a diet? What happened about the diabetes 2 investigation?

I am on a diet an eating diet LOL - no - blood test won't be until October.

This is first time I have baked/made a sausage roll - maybe I'm preggers - now that would be a miracle.

This diabetes thingmajig is a nuisance. Like I have been told earlier in the year I am pre-diabetic so. Anyway had to go back re my dental implants on Wed and went through sedation to get work done. When they learned I could be diabetic - they (dentist) are now linking your teeth to diabetes. And so it goes on and on. Another thing today I have took myself off statins, they were killing me as in hurting all my bones.

Now I think the above post should be in Body and Soul. LOL
