How wide an area do you want?

Up he road in Norfolk, there are Cromer crabs and Bernard Matthews' turkeys. Down in Essex, there are oysters from Colchester and jams from Tiptree. On the Suffolk/Cambridgeshire border there are Newmarket sausages. Up the road from me, here in mid-Suffolk, there's Aspall Cider (if that can be counted among 'foods').

Although I would say that oatcakes are more of a Stoke delicacy than elsewhere in the county.

Yes the Clanger be it Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire or Buckinghamshire was the original packed lunch used by farm land workers, as others have said meat one end and sweet the other.
