Bobbi kind of its basic ingredients are oatmeal and black syrup, does moisten up when left to rest after baking but often quite sticky.

Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire, is 'The home of the Carlin Pea'. (It's dried peas.) Yorkshire pudding of course, as well. YAAY!
