Bobbi kind of its basic ingredients are oatmeal and black syrup, does moisten up when left to rest after baking but often quite sticky.

Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire, is 'The home of the Carlin Pea'. (It's dried peas.) Yorkshire pudding of course, as well. YAAY!

^^^^ Oops! and Wensleydale cheese and Coverdale cheese (now that one is gorgeous and hard to get)….. and ..... and …. loads of stuff. Local beer 'Wold Gold' and new distillery 'Spirit of Yorkshire' whiskey are famous locally and I'm certain they'll spread nationwide. Gorgeous.
