My meat is on at the moment slowly cooking.
I am going to be using shop bought puff pastry.
I would like to have the pastry top and bottom but how can I prevent the soggy bottom. TIA

Line with baking paper, then pour in baking beans (if you dont have baking beans you can use dried peas or even rice). Bake for about 10 mins. Then take out of oven, remove paper and beans, paint with egg wash and return to oven for 5-10 mins. *timings may vary depending on thickness of pastry*
