Why Cant I Find Flour Anywhere?

Self raising or plain, seems to have been out of stock for over a month, but why? Has the health crisis made everyone staying at home into obsessive bakers?! I could understand bread flour, but you cant buy the other stuff anywhere, and you cant make bread with that.

My local farm shop has a ready supply of plain, SR and strong white and they just bag up as much as you need. I skipped out of there the other day like I had won the lottery!
