What can I put in my G&T to make it more interesting? I do like a wedge of lime and sometimes a knob of root ginger, but I would like to hear some other ideas....
Any recommendations or recipes welcome.

I like a really strong ginny taste and having partaken of loads of craft, fancy, special, etc., ones, I always come back to my three favourites...Tanqueray, Bathtub and plain old Gordon’s. I also really like GinGold but it’s difficult to get hold of in the UK.
I prefer my G&T with the juice of half a lime squeezed in topped up with slimline tonic, everything chilled but no ice.
The only time I’d do gin differently is in an English Garden cocktail..gin, apple juice (preferably fresh or at least cloudy) and elderflower liqueur or cordial.
