What can I put in my G&T to make it more interesting? I do like a wedge of lime and sometimes a knob of root ginger, but I would like to hear some other ideas....
Any recommendations or recipes welcome.

They have loads of flavours, and they let you have a little try before imbibing. MargoT, I've tried the Sipsmith Sloe Gin which I bought at the BBC Good Food Show a few years ago. It's very nice indeed.
I agree that Elderflower is nice in gin - the St Germain liqueur is very nice, along with Monin Rose Syrup and topped up with prosecco and soda for my favourite version of a garden martini.
I would love some suggestions for herbs and such like to give an interesting twist on a G&T. I might try basil leaves and fresh raspberries when my Persian Peach Gin arrives.
Has anyone tried Gin Mare? OH is going to Tesco later so I might ask him to pick up a bottle.
