What are you having/ had for lunch today?

I've got watercress and coconut soup. Lightly sauteed onion and potato with added vegetable stock and coconut milk and fresh pureed watercress served with soured cream and crusty bread.
Ready any minute now.

The little one is going through an annoying phase of keeping food in his mouth for 10 minutes or so and then just spitting it out wherever he feels like it. I'm dropping him off at the orphanage later.

We've got chilli and baked potatoes later.

He also got hold of a blue biro a few weeks ago and decorated the brown leather pouffe.
Tiger bread! Who invented that? Tried it once and it was absolutely vile. Never again.

LGC ah the joys of motherhood. I remember mine at that age and shudder. Like the time one of them climbed up and pulled the yorkshire pudding mix onto the floor and then spread it in dollops over a cream coloured carpet. The carpet never really came clean.
I love that cranberry, cashew nut and raisin bread from Tesco. It's absolutely delicious with patés and cheeses.
