How many eggs do you use for one omelette??
I tend to use 3, but my friend uses one egg & lots of milk.

That's my problem. I find that two eggs is just not quite enough yet three is too many.

Two eggs, pinch of mixed herbs, white pepper, add chopped spring onions when almost set , grated cheddar, fold in half, serve.

2 eggs for a breakfast omelet, mushroom and chopped bacon, topped with mozzerella.

I usually find 2 or 3 eggs are enough, depending on size.
Funnily enough eggless omelets are good too, if your vegan or veggie.
PS tomato ketchup is a must for me.
