Have you tried Jerry's Home Store on Fulham Road? They have quite a lot of imported American food. Also, try the food halls in Harrods and Harvey Nicholls.

there's an organic shop on Lavender Hill that does shakes and malts - they may have/find malt for you. For recipes try taste.co.uk and search on '2drinks' they have lots of smoothies/shakes
