Do I Mention Going For The Drink Or Let Him Say Chase Me?

This guy wanted to go for a drink with me but when we made plans what day to go he cancelled due to illness. Ever since he hasn't mentioned it. Do I mention or see if he says anything?

One of the answers to your last question about this guy advised you not to go running after him to make a date.
Did you go running after him, and contact him to make a date, or did he contact you?
If he contacted you to make the date, and then he cancelled due to illness, I would believe that his reason for cancellation is genuine.
If you contacted him to make the date, and then he cancelled, I would be very disinclined to believe his reason for cancelling.
In this case, you should leave him alone. Make no reference to the cancelled date. You've lost out on this one, and mentioning it to him is only going to make you look desperate.
Cut your losses and look for somebody else who cares enough to ask you out in the first place, and then cares enough to honour the arrangements.

I have been invited to my neighbours for Christmas lunch. Which will be around 1 pm ish. We are quite good friends and I go in for coffee about once a week. How long do you think I should stay there after lunch? It will be my neighbour, her husband and daughter. We are all quite old, her daughter is 60. Thanks for any advice.
