Meal Eating Times Based On Work

I work at a job that is right now 5 pm - 10 pm, and I need to know what would be the best way to sort out what meals I should be having (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack?) and when. I don't usually get a break while on shift, and I do not usually get time to eat most nights as I am busy. Is it true that eating too late at night is not a good idea, so a meal after work is out of the question?

I think that my schedule might lean toward two meals and one snack. Not entirely sure about that one, though. If it is, would it be breakfast as soon as I wake up, a snack between my next and last meals as close to work as possible? Please give me all your thoughts and options here.

i honestly dont get what the 'problem' is - you only work for 5 hours, jut eat tea if you are hungry before you go, or after if you're hungry then.
I used to work 12midnight to 8am. We had one hour off between 2 and 5 and would have a light meal. Breakfast at 8.30 and then a meal around 8pm
Given your 5 hour work schedule breakfast when you get up, light lunch or snack then evening meal before you go to work
'They' say eating late at night is bad because you don't burn the calories when you are asleep in bed so you will get fat.

I believe it makes very little difference when you eat unless eating a heavy meal before bed causes sleep disturbance for you.

Working your hours I would eat breakfast when I get up, main meal between 3 and 4pm and a lighter meal before bed.

A snack between breakfast and your main meal should get you through the day.
how long do you stay up after you've finished work? If you go to sleep not long after 10, then just before five sounds like a good time to eat dinner (you might like to pop some sort of light snack in your pocket to eat around 9 maybe).

If you stay up a while and go to bed at 1-2am they you could eat dinner when you get home, that's a fair amount of time to digest.
