Christmas Stuffing

I need a nice easy recipe for Christmas stuffing. Any help would be greatfully received. Wishing all a Merry Christmas!

Bung the bread, parsley, thyme and chestnuts into a food processor and blitz. Add the bacon slice by slice. Take the rind off the lemon, add and blitz. Juice the lemon, add and blitz. Season and blitz then either stuff into the bird, or form into balls for roasting (they take about half an hour to cook depending on size)
This simple recipe has been used for about 40 years in my family - and definitely no sausagemeat :-)
8-10 slices med sliced bread, small strong onion, rind of large lemon or orange, small pack of parsley, half a pack of thyme, quarter a pack of sage, black pepper and sea salt.
Process the lot on pulse until well mixed. Taste, then place in a well buttered dish. Add a lump of softened butter to mixture, cover with foil and bake on 180 for about 30 minutes removing foil for last 8-10 minutes.
