Just used up some cherry tomatoes, red onions and crème fraiche which have been hanging around since Christmas, to make a tasty sauce to have with pasta tonight.
And a bread and butter pudding which used up the remaining stale half of a large baguette and the last dregs of a carton of double cream.
There are five portions of chilli in the freezer, and two of turkey & veg in a cream sauce.
Job done.

Actually Rowan, you’ve reminded me I still have a variety of cheeses in the fridge which I’d completely forgotten about. Think I need to wade through them with some nice crackers for lunch.
