Has anyone bought one ? I have the one that came with the machine Cosori 5.5, but wonder if there is a good one out there.

Not yet...and probably won't.
I just Google whatever I want...trial and error also.
I did a steak last night. Perfect medium rare. Shame the meat was rubbish.

Thanks Pasta. Trial and error I suppose. Itried to cook some frozen breaded fish the other day and it turned out ghastly. Not hot enough I think.

You've probably seen the many that are available on Amazon but a lot of them will be rubbish, and many advertised as UK books will be American.
I suggest you check the likes of Waterstone and WH Smith and if you see any you like check the prices on Amazon, eBay and other cheaper sellers

Bit difficult Barry1010, I live in Spain. I have looked on Amazon, but as you say, they seem to be American. Measurements their way, cups etc. and farhenheit.
