Eating at work

The shop at my work has 4 main things on offer in the morning. 1. Scones 2. Sauages in a bun 3. Pancakes 4. Donuts. What's teh pros and cons of each of them i.e. in terms of healthy ness , energy etc etc.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.If it's for breakie, it's all pretty unhealthy you'd be better with cereal and some toast but from what you are offered I would say from healthy to unhealthy 1,3,4,2 and I would say that the sausages would probably give you the most energy because of the carbohydrate in the bun - I'm certainly no expert though!
