diluting coffee

Can anyone tell me how much water it would take to dilute one heaped teaspoon of coffee granules for it to be officially classed as water again?

Damned silly question !, however, treatment by charcoal, and filtration, via a "Harris Filter",will bring it back to clarity, but I would imagine, you could taste the coffee ?
