Miller and Carter is very middle of the road, nothing special.Depends on the occasion, who you are dining with, your budget and your expectations.Some people prefer relaxed, casual dining to more formal establishments.

A lot of people have been really struggling financially, andres, but the majority haven't.

Those living hand to mouth before the crisis don't have many ways to save money but those a bit better off can adjust their spending accordingly.  Those a lot better off hardly notice.

My city is not in a wealthy part of the country, but folk are still spending
