Being Dyslexic. Questions just pop into my head. Some are completely random. Ly this one. There is no actual term for a person that collects cups 🍵 or Mugs. So after research I decided to invent one. Please let me know what you think. "Kylixophile". Kylix is Ancient Greek for a cup 🍵 or drinking vessel and phile which is one who likes.

I like it - but, as 'phile' crosses over from Greek to Latin anyway, 'poculophile' might be another possibility.

I love made-up words. My friend at college was a bus spotter but I much preferred his own description of himself as an 'omnibologist' 🚌 😊

There is a term for a person who collects mugs - Conman 😁

someone collecting egg-cups - a pocillovist

I would say that collecting cups is a mug's gaeme.....

I remember years ago Private Eye offered for sale a Prince Charles mug.  The handle was a large ear.

Wonder what one would be worth now?
