I have been on this trail since last July and because of no dairy eggs or corn find it very difficult. Lakeland sell some very good bread mixture that I have found is the best up to now I also eat rice tuna and peas were I would have eaten a sandwich I make flap jacks with oats butter sugar and Honey addind nuts and seeds as you like for sweets in stead of cake. I'm still searching for a gravy alternative that is good, becareful many things like sauce, beans, relishes have wheat added you have to check all makes and if anything says new on it the receipes can change and wheat may have been added. Good luck JoCodd.
