It's a very rich cheese and I'm sure you can get it in most supermarkets

hi Beswad, mascarpone is used in Tiramisu and I use it for a rich white wine sauce with shallots and parsley for cod in parsley sauce.

hi brionon, I did actually put the recipe up for Treacle_84, it is on food and drink and her title is help! I'm cooking again it is on the first page still, I do hope you try it and please let me know if you like it....:-)
