Cous Cous is a savoury dish which is substance very much like rice although it is a lot smaller say maybe a quarter of the size of a grain of rice and it's like little balls instead of grains. It can be used to accompany a meal or as a main meal. It comes in all different flavours, my personal favourite is sundried tomato flavour. It took me a while to pluck up the courage to taste it as it had never appealed to me but it's simple to make and is very tasty.
