Masterchef - Dean was robbed!

I think Dean was hard done by and should have won. He made the most progress and was the best team player, giving the others tremendous support when they needed it. He kept cool under pressure and his food was as good as the others. Still, Peter did well to win and I wish them all well. I hope they all go on to greater things.

I agree with your comments about Dean. He woz robbed!! I was really annoyed with the result as Peter struggled with sauces, timing etc. throughout the series. Actually I disagreed with the winner chosen last year as well - glad I'm not a betting person!

Wasn't his starter not cooked properly? How could he win if he could have poisoned someone?

Peter won by default because the lady didn't cook her partridge enough either!

Horrendous blunders which cost them the final. Simple.

It was a surprise Peter winning, it seemed to be won on one programme alone, although Dean and Daksha made horrendous mistakes. As consolation though, surely Dean must be offered a top chef's job somewhere now.

Now it's wait for next year and the welcome return of Toad and Fat Greggs Pasty !

i really felt betrayed by Dean not winning, yes his starter was not cooked enough, but through out the programme he showed the most potential, and was quick to learn, he would have quickly picked up to put the mousse on the inside then cook for a tad longer. Yes i hope that some resturant saw that potential and has snapped him up, he needs nurturing. Does any friend or family know what he's thinking about doing?

EDDIE51 I couldn't agree with you more! I only work as a trainee chef for a saturday job. It's mad! They only seemed to serve for afew people each time, a little opposite from the 300 people sitting in a normal restaurant!

They should have put them in a proper restaurant and see how they cope with that!
