Can anyone tell me which herbs are put into the mediterranean roasted vegetables dish please?

I think its either thyme or basil but not quite sure.

out of the two you suggest I would pick thyme, but I personally would use oregano or marjoram as it is sometimes known
I use rosemary (and garlic)
If you buy dried herbs, there is an Italian mixed herbs. Personally, i'd use rosemary, thyme, oregano and garlic (as mentioned) but all would be fresh

I'd say basil, fresh preferably and it's availlable at all the major supermarkets.

We use fresh thyme, garlic and rosemary.


as an italian!! i always use basil, oregano and garlic. the garlic once roasted is very sweet and can be spread on bread...delicious!!
