i llove salsa but i have only ever eaten it with fish, any other suggestion??

Yummy with fajitas. I use it sometimes instead of chutney or pickle with bread, cheese and salad.

just to agree with all the previous answers, and it is nice combined with guacamole or sour cream type dressings with freshly chopped vegetables.

Once in California I saw a salsa bar with about 25 types of salsa there, green, red yellow and all degrees of hotness. We didn't have time to go in there, but still regret it now.

Salsa's great with griddled chicken and tortilla chips, with hummous in pitta bread or with barbecued sausages. be adventurous!

My favorite is with the leftover turkey after Thanksgiving. Especially the turkey breast - which can be a bit dry without something with it - salsa is GREAT with it.
