Simple heathy dinner tonight, I'm frying up veg with some noodles but need a simple flavoured sauce to add to it. I don't really want to buy one and was wondering if there is anything that I probably have in my cupboard that would add nice flavour? Any ideas? I'm thinking pepper but cant think of anything else that adds flavour to noodles?

depends how spicy you like your stir fry... I add a red or green chilli, fresh coriander, ginger and garlic, dried cumin and chinese 5 spice and sesame oil and soy sauce... you can also chuck in a little sherry....

My fav is 1 chopped clove of garlic, a bit of chopped ginger, 1 chopped red chili, the juice of a lime & some soy sauce (to taste) Deeelicious!
