Hi Bellasasha - chuffed to hear you make it to the market - if you are around this Saturday, stop by at The Crisp Hut in the middle of the market opp. the Reivers Hog Roast and say hi - I'm there every week making the crisps, ('cooked on demand and hot in the hand') and now have the 2nd edition of the "Scottish Farmers' Market Cookbook" to offer as well - makes a brilliant Easter pressie, signed by the author of course.......

Unfortunately Edinburgh is to far from Crewe but Im coming for the festival and have pencilled in the market if its on then, good luck with the book and is vol1 available

Hi CT - the farmers' market is on every Saturday at Castle Terrace which is right in the centre behind the Castle, so do come along while you're in Edinburgh!

Re the cookbook, its actually the second edition thats been re-printed - not a second volume. If you fancy getting one, for details have a look at www.nwp.co.uk and click on 'Angels Share' imprint, then scroll down the covers. You can order online through the publisher, or if you want one signed (ooh, check him....)
