Junket mix in the UK

There used to be a junket mix available in the UK called 'Miss Muffet', in strawberry and vanilla flavours. I don't think it's available any more. I was wondering if anyone could help me find a distributer for a similar product, or a low-calorie recipe for junket? It would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Just buy a bottle of Essence of Rennet from your grocers. Then Warm 1 pint of milk to blood heat (tepid).Add 1teaspoon of rennet and 1 oz of sugar.Pour into a dish or individual dishes and leave to set.For low Cal use semi skimmed milk and less sugar. I am not sure if Sweetener would work. You can add flavouring.Strawberry essence maybe or nutmeg is nice.Remember that once you break the surface of junket it starts to separate so individual dishes are better if you dont want to eat it all at once.It was my favourite treat as a child if I had been unwell.Still love it now 60 years on.Enjoy.
Another answer of mine that's disappeared today! I second patsyanne's advice. You can get rennet from Sainsburys home baking section and it has the instructions on the packet. For flavour, it's reported that it will work well with 'Crusha' flavoured milks.
