k.f.c customer complaints
hi. i went to k.f.c today and ordered the new boneless box, i was absolutly appaulled with the service i got, the young girl behind the counter was rude, ignorant and she got the order wrong in so many ways, she also didnt give us the full meal, so we ended up paying way over the top, these were just some of the things that annoyed me about my visit today. Does anyone know of an email address or postal address where i can send a letter explaining todays visit? many thanx

We as brits never complain and because of that , we allow ppl to treat us like **.**.
Go back to the store , get the managers name and the girls who served you and demand compenstaion for your inconvinace at having to go back and complain and for the state of your meal. If you are not satifisfied then take it higher to the regional manager , aslo tell the store manager that you are doin that becuse thye are not satisfing you.
So even 8 hours after I had the meal , i complained and still got a result.
I worked for a KFC store in london Feltham for four days and they did not pay me because they think it is easy to switch labour with high turnover. I was promised a pay and was told that they will sign me in and out themselves and made me work like slaves. The manager's name is Afaq asst manager is Vinod. They never paid me. Also they are very unhygenic. If the customer is not watching, they actually pick chicken from the floor and make the customers eat it because the customer never saw the chicken fallin on the dirty floor and picking it.
SHIT management.
Would like to share my bad experince in KFC @ RT Nagar / Bangalore on above mentioned date, after i finish my berger & started having Pepsi in between i just opened the cap of that Pepsi cup, i found flies inside the Pepsi cup. I was really shocked and went to the counter and showed the cup to the counter person. And the counter guy was very cool n he said it's ok will get one more cup for you, then we have asked him to call the manger to meet, first they din't bring the manager out and introduced another counter guy who take order, but we shouted and asked for the manager to come n give us an explanation on this issue. Then Mr. Sachin came to us and said that will make sure it will not occur again.
Even though am your regular customer travelling different state and visit KFC we trust the quality of food and cleanliness, but it is not true. Quality and cleanliness is not maintained properly. After this incident we are not visiting KFC as we can't trust the quality of food. Many people are visiting KFC with family & children and never know what was the quality of food served.
Pleas make sure that this should not happen to anybody as there is a value of money and people involved.
