How do you make yogurt. is it ok to start with UHT full cream (so they say) milk. I am buying a very thick yogurt is this ok to start it off ?

If you use UHT milk you won't need to boil the milk as it is already sterilised.

I have no idea how to make yogurt, but the best yogurt I buy here is made from Jersey cow's milk, which is very creamy, and it is soooo yummy. They let it settle out so there is a thick layer of cream at the top :)

well as for milt type i'm in italy so can't help on that one but well let you know

I think those yogurt makers are great too! They heat the yogurt to the correct temperature
