Its likely the label 'Trevini Rubicone' is just for the restaurant - part of a chain that probably buys bulk production. Worth asking if they know of an outlet though if you do fancy some. Trevini do produce other wines that are in the occasional outlet online - may be a case of trawling through til you find a supplier...
The everywine site has a couple of Sangiovese to try: http://www.everywine.co.uk/bin/venda?ex=co_wizr-xapian&threshold=50&bsref=everywine&searchfld=&searchpage=&searchinvt=1&searchstry=&searchlike=1&srchopt=B%2CG&carryfields=B%2CG&itemsperpage=10&searchex=trevine+rubicone+sangiovese
