Haslet is a Lincolnshire meat loaf made of minced pork and other ingredients nowadays,but originally bits of the inside of pigs was used as well.Google Haslet and you will find more information.

my colleague said it was originally made from deer, does anyone know if there is any truth in this statement?

My Dad used to say it was made from Pigs lips, hooves, ears, & r-soles!
