Once I have made my own Pizza dough and it has risen, is it ok to Freeze and use at a later date?

yes it is...i usually roll it out into the pizza discs and freeze them like that...but if you cant be bothered doing that then freeze the dough either in one big lump or in smaller "doughballs"

It'll be fine. I usually roll the dough in oil before bagging it for the freezer, and I would recommend noting the amount on the bag as, six months later, I guarantee you'll have forgotten how much you've frozen.
