OF CORSE IT'S NOT BAD FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!! people might asume that because it contains carbondyoxide like fizzy drinks e.g coke. but dont worry it's perfictally natrual and did you know fizzy water is not man made, as in it's not people putting the fiz into it, it it acctually a natrual substance from caves etc!

carb water has higher sodium levels

sorry read the last bullet points at the end of article
It's perfectly harmless, ems. But Gail_Snail isn't quite correct. You can get naturally fizzy water and carbonated. You need to check the label on what you're drinking. It should read 'naturally sparkling'.

Just check that it's not a cheap fizzy water that contains phosphoric acid, which has been shown to affect calcium metabolism and reduce bone mass. If it is, you simply need to increase your calcium intake.
I also heard that the carbon dioxide in spring water kills any nasty bugs that may be present
In carbonated spring water, obviously...
Drinking gallons per day is bad for you whether it is carbonated or not.
