How much alcohol have I consumed?

A few years ago, I was forwarded an excel spreadsheet - you could type in your weight, the types of drinks you were having, the time you were having them, how much etc..and it would produce a chart showing your 'drunken state'... It was so fun! I've tried to Google it, but to no avail. Anyone got it, or know what I'm talking about?!
