apologies if there is a load of weird stuff before my answer!! you can buy little tubs of garlic butter in tescos and sainsbury's in the butter section. or make it by beating butter with a wooden spoon until soft, add as much garlic as you can stand and add chopped fresh parsley, mix it all well and then place on a piece of cling film, roll into a sausage shape and store in the freezer and just slice rounds off as you need them.
apologies again for all the extra stuff but i dont know what is going on!!!!!

Lea and Perrins garlic sauce, fresh minced garlic or a 'lazy garlic' - use as much as you want to get a flavour but don't get carried away as it will be unpleasent- soft butter and a touch of fresh herbs to suit - mix, place on a square of clingfilm, roll to a sausage, twist the ends to seal and chill - can be frozen - or press into a spare ice tray and cover well with c/film so you can add it to dishes withour handling/defrosting.
Half cut through a french loaf to make a load of small cuts across the bread, small bit of garlic butter into each slice, place in warm oven for couple of minutes and have a fresh garlic bread, or spread it onto a nan or tortilla wrap and warm for a nice change.
