Favourite Meals with booze?

What is everyones favourie meals with booze in them? I'd have to go for a ramekin of Haggis in a white wine and onion sauce, Spag Bol with a full bottle of red wine in it (!), Sherry Trifle, with Vodka injected Oranges, and coffee with sambuca in it for afters. Mmm yummy! Not sure about the spag bol though, havent tried that yet...might not actually...anyway, whats yours?

Real home cooked steak and ale pie. But spag bol doesn't need any red wine in it at all! That's for drinking while you're waiting for the garlic bread!
