You could have a decent portion of pasta (120g) with a cream and parmesan sauce. It can actually work out within your 9.5 points but the galic bread will put you over so don't be bad eash!
I'm having 125g pasta (dried weight) with one of those little pots of Philadelphia extra light and mushrooms. I cook the spaghetti in vegetable stock which makes it really yummy. It comes to 7 points in total so you could add some grated cheese on the top with your extra points.
