Beef in O.K sauce?

Yep, this is an actual chinese dish which i love and always buy when i go home (lancashire) from our local chinese takaway. However, I have move down south and have searched in vain to buy this dish down here, it is made with chicken, beef or prawn i think. has anyone else had it? and also, how is the sauce made? ive also searched the net to see if i can buy just the sauce but with no joy. Please help me as i cant afford to keep travelling 170 miles for a takeaway every weekend ;)
